Some of what's written about Fathers' Rights sounds poetic. Some of what's written about Fathers' Rights sounds aspirational.  Some of what's written about Fathers' Rights sounds inspirational.  But, most of what's written about Fathers' Rights isn't substantive. 

Fathers' Rights is a combination of belief, knowledge, and understanding.  

The belief is that your gender shouldn't adversely impact the outcome of your case.

The knowledge is that we are all human and we all have biases.  Even the best of courts are imperfect and may be subject to biases.  Fathers' Rights includes the knowledge that your case may be subject to biases and how to detect them.

Knowing that there may be biases isn't enough.  Successfully navigating Fathers' Rights requires the understanding that biases must be fought and that no single approach will work with every bias.  Your case is unique.
